Compensation

$17 hourly

How You Will Make An Impact

• Co-lead social activity-based programming for Intermission participants
• Adopt a person-centered approach and support the needs of each individual resident
• Design and implement creative programming
• Assist in program operation by leading activities and transporting residents to and from programs
• Engage in mealtime preparations
• Complete daily attendance records
• Attend in-services and other training

What You Will Need

• Patience, flexibility, and the sincere interest and desire to work with residents affected by dementia
• Programming/activity experience is preferred
• Flexibility in work schedule to include evenings/weekends
