Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead a variety of engaging activities, events, and wellness programs
• Encourage resident participation while honoring individual interests, abilities, and preferences
• Create opportunities for social connection, lifelong learning, and community involvement
• Develop monthly activity calendars that offer diverse and meaningful programming
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to enhance quality of life
• Document participation and evaluate program effectiveness
• Celebrate holidays, milestones, and special occasions that create lasting memories

Requirements

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for working with older adults
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging programs and events
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, healthcare, or a related field preferred
