Life Enrichment Assistant – Assisted Living

Responsibilities

• Support engaging, person-centered programs for adults in assisted and independent living settings.
• Plan and lead recreational, social, and faith-based activities that promote dignity, independence, and community inclusion.
• Encourage participation and provide respectful support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Contribute to creating a warm, inclusive environment where each person is valued and empowered.
