About the role

The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents in senior living communities through various activities and programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activities that promote social interaction and physical health among residents.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure continuity and coordination of care activities.
• Assist in organizing community events and outings to foster a sense of belonging and engagement.
• Maintain records of activities and progress for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with seniors or in a similar field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Hours vary depending on department needs, typically 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
