About the role
We are seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to implement a wide array of programming for residents in our community and help keep our residents engaged. Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.
Full-time position, 10am-5pm weekdays and every other weekend required.
Responsibilities

- Willing to transport/escort residents on community trips
- Must be able to drive a large van
Requirements
- Creative, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
- Able to work independently
- Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership abilities
- Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills
- Experience working and interacting with families in a customer-based Senior Living environment
- Experience working in Senior Living preferred
- Strong passion for seniors
