Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g., Memory Care, specific activity) as assigned.
• Coordinate the transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicles when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Preferred: Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills.
