Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
- Ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
- Provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g., Memory Care, specific activity) as assigned
- Coordinate transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicles when needed
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements
- Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements
- Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
- Preferred: Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills
- Ability to perform standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
This position may require working evenings and weekends as needed. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace, and drug screening may be conducted at the company’s discretion.
