Lien Release Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Receives and processes requests for daily paid-in-full loans.
• Orders collateral files or other documents as necessary.
• Obtains Deed of Trust or Mortgage Recording information.
• Obtains Assignments if needed.
• Works closely with outsource vendor to complete requests within timelines.
• Reviews original collateral documents.
• Solves exceptions as reported daily by vendor.
• Prepares releases for filing with the county agency.
• Auxists customer service with lien release related inquiries.
• Reconciles payoffs as determined by company for various states.
• Audits vesting of legal entities for accuracy.
• Provides vendor and tracking reports to management.

What You’ll Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in the mortgage industry.
• Knowledge in preparing service releases and auditing mortgage notes and documents.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.

What You’ll Get

• The target pay range for this position is $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr.
