LICSW Clinical Supervisor / Community-Based Mental Health Therapist
Due to growth, Associated Clinic of Psychology is seeking a full-time LICSW Board Approved Supervisor to join our growing team of clinicians. As a Supervisor, you would be a key part of the foundation that supports our mission of being the provider and employer of choice for behavioral health care services in the Twin Cities Metro and Western Wisconsin. About the role
As a Supervisor, your role provides the opportunity toward Clinical Excellence for Clinical Trainees and you would be an integral part of developing clinicians towards their LICSW, supporting more clients in the process. This position will also involve maintaining a personal caseload of therapy clients from our general referral list. This role takes a hands-on approach by meeting clients where they’re at, working with them in their own environment to connect with community members who may not have the resources to travel to a clinic.
Responsibilities
- Supervise our Community-Based services program
- Maintain a clinical caseload and meet the expectations of a licensed therapist
- Provide weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision to clinical trainees, including administrative supervision
- Be available for supervisees to support their growth and development in becoming LICSWs
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop custom treatment plans
- Develop therapeutic relationships to establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with clients
- Collaborate and coordinate services with school staff, families or guardians of clients, case managers, and medical personnel
Requirements
- LICSW-Board Approved Supervisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mental stability and ability to model appropriate boundaries
- Timely, accurate submission of documentation of services and other required documents
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, plus a willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro area

Pay
Starting salary range: $73,000–$77,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, education, experience, skillset, full-time/part-time status, and schedule.
