LICSW Lead Therapist and Supervisor
Ellie Mental Health-Foxborough has an immediate opening for a LICSW therapist and supervisor at our state-of-the-art practice, owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW). We provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for therapists while offering top-quality, accessible, and destigmatizing mental healthcare for clients. Responsibilities
- Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans, and conduct treatment plan reviews.
- Complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy.
- Lead and provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission.
- Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Actively participate in community outreach and referral partnership development.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists).
Requirements
- A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW).
- Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Pay
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
