LICSW Lead Therapist and Supervisor

Ellie Mental Health-Foxborough has an immediate opening for a LICSW therapist and supervisor at our state-of-the-art practice, owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW). We provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for therapists while offering top-quality, accessible, and destigmatizing mental healthcare for clients. Responsibilities

• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans, and conduct treatment plan reviews.
• Complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy.
• Lead and provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission.
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Actively participate in community outreach and referral partnership development.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists).

Requirements

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW).
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Pay

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
