About the role
Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC), Norman, OK is currently recruiting for Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals who have the desire to support others in their recovery and wellness journey. This position will provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. They will join a talented multi-disciplinary treatment team providing promising and evidenced-based services.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide evidence-based services.
- Support clients in their recovery and wellness journey.
- May be eligible for supervision hours if currently under supervision.
Requirements
- Licensed: Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
- Under Supervision: Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be actively and regularly receiving board-approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met by the individual is not yet licensed.

Pay
- Licensed: $70,000.00 ($33.65/hr) + Benefits!
- Under Supervision: $65,000.00 ($31.25/hr) + Benefits!
Schedule
- Appointment to a safety-sensitive position is contingent upon a negative drug test result.
- This agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week.
- Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity.
- Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
