Director of Behavioral Health / Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LCPC)

Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day operations
Providing group therapy
Supervision of program staff
Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal, and licensing agency regulatory standards
Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the programs.

Qualifications

Maine clinical licensure as a master’s level Social Worker (LCSW) or master’s level Professional Counselor (LCPC).
Related experience working with behavioral health patients in an outpatient or inpatient setting highly desired.

Pay

$110k - $115k, depending on experience

Schedule

On-Site, Monday-Friday, Day Shift hours. No nights, weekends, or holidays!
