Position Purpose

Our mission is to provide help, hope, and recovery to children, youth, adults, and families. We are seeking a licensed therapist to work with our collaborative healthcare team to provide individual, group, and family behavioral health services. This position is located at our office in La Grange IL working with clients in a behavioral health outpatient setting.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • LCPC, LCSW, LMFT required
  • CADC preferred
  • Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of clinical work with families and those from the Labor Industry
  • Basic knowledge of Union-based Employee Assistance Programs/Member Assistance Programs
  • Knowledge of clinical work with Safety Sensitive Occupations and the demands of high pressure jobs
  • Couples/marital counseling a plus
  • Able to work with adolescent as well as adult clients
  • Able to conduct individual, group and family counseling sessions
  • Provide case management, treatment planning, and discharge planning for clients

Responsibilities

  • Undertake primary counselor responsibilities for designated patients
  • Conduct assessments, individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for patients and/or family members
  • Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, therapeutic passes, and discharge plans)
  • Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, employees and community groups
  • Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer
  • Serve as a role model for other staff, clients, and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Flexible but at least three evening shifts per week
  • Shift: 1st and 2nd

Compensation & Rewards

  • Starting Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials):
  • LCPC $88,369.84
  • LCSW $88,869.84
  • Shift Differential: Second shift: +$1/hr
  • Incentives: Up to $10,000 sign on bonus
