Job Responsibilities

The BEH Therapist participates in observing, reporting, and recording of patient behaviors. Responsibilities include providing high quality patient care, conducting assessments, psycho-diagnosis, treatment, planning, individual, family and group therapies, and discharge planning. Also responsible for maintaining a safe and secure unit environment for all patients and staff, adhering to hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Motivated to achieve the financial and operational objectives of the hospital. Must possess effective communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others as a team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Current LCSW, LPC, LBP or LMFT License from the State of Oklahoma
• CPR/AED
• MAB Managing Aggressive Behavior

Must-Haves

• Current LCSW, LPC, LBP or LMFT license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible)
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Reside or willing to relocate to Lawton, Oklahoma at his/her own expenses
