Licensing Specialist, Temp
Responsibilities
- Compiles documents, researches and verifies provider education
- Acts as a liaison between state boards and providers
- Obtains updates on the status of applications and reports progress
- Requests and verifies documentation and information pertaining to education and licensing
- Makes necessary calls and sends appropriate correspondence to request applications from state boards; notifies the providers of said requests; obtains application updates
- Communicates with boards regarding licensure qualifications and specific licensing questions
- Requests and tracks all documents requested by state boards
- Requests National Board verifications and state license verifications
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and database applications
- Effectively manage large amounts of information and documentation
- Prioritize efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills focusing on urgent deadlines
- Interact professionally with state licensing boards, teammates, education facilities, providers and facility representatives
- Excellent teamwork skills
Pay
We offer a pay of $25/hour.

About the Role
Responsible for compiling required documents, researching necessary information and interacting with licensing boards in order to obtain medical licenses in states where providers may be placed on assignment.
Requirements
One year work experience in a clerical/support position involving customer interaction and task completion
College education
Experience in the medical field preferred
Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with MS Word, Excel and database applications
Effectively manage large amounts of information and documentation
Prioritize efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
