What You'll Do
- Prepare corporate, Key Person gaming applications, and business licenses (initial and renewals) as requested by Regulatory Authorities
- Establish collaborative connections with other departments to gather essential information for gaming applications
- Process requests from Regulatory Authorities for additional information, documentation, and fees to acquire or renew gaming licenses
- Act as a point of contact with Regulatory Authorities during audits, investigations, and interviews representing the company and Key Persons
- Act as the primary resource for Executives, making the licensing process effortless
- Collaborate with Key Persons to collect highly confidential and sensitive information
- Update and generate Key Persons financial schedules as required
- Research and communicate updates regarding gaming license requirements to the Licensing team
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned by department management
- Maintain organized files for all corporate and executive filings and related documentation
- Notarize documents as required
- Perform licensing data entry
What We're Looking For
- Proven skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and ArdentSky
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- 3+ years of experience in the Gaming Industry or Compliance
- Outstanding attention to detail and customer focus
- Dependable with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong communication abilities, skilled at planning and organizing
- Able to manage multiple tasks under high volume and strict regulatory deadlines
- Dedicated to maintaining confidentiality
- Innovative problem solver with a “can do” attitude, capable of streamlining processes
