Licensing & Regulatory Support

Aid in the preparation, submission, and tracking of state money transmitter license applications, renewals, and amendments.

Gather, organize, and validate required materials including corporate records, financial information, policies, and background documentation.

Support filings through systems such as the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and state regulator portals, where applicable.

Coordinate with audits and exams by collecting and responding to inquiries.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to understand business activities and translate them into accurate regulatory submissions.

Ask questions to deepen understanding and ensure licensing applications fully and accurately reflect products, services, and operational realities.

Regulatory Communication

Draft and coordinate responses to regulator inquiries under guidance from senior team members.

Track regulatory correspondence, requests, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Process & Knowledge Building

Maintain internal trackers, calendars, and documentation related to licensing status and regulatory obligations.

Help develop internal processes, templates, and institutional knowledge around licensing workflows.
