About the role
The Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for making community connections to pursue partnerships that support the need for recruiting foster homes in coordination with annual goals set forth by DHHS partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with community members to seek out partnerships.
- Attend partnership meetings and plan/participate in events.
- Collaborate with the Development team to ensure cohesive advertising of events.
- Screen, assess, license, supervise, and train foster family homes.
- Support foster/adoptive parents as team members in their care of children.
