Licensing and Account Manager
Core Responsibilities
- Portfolio Ownership and Subscriber Relationships
- Own a portfolio of CT Plan subscriber accounts across onboarding, renewals, and ongoing servicing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned subscribers and coordinate internal resources on their behalf.
- Carry out regular account reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and maintain documented account plans.
- Capture voice-of-customer input and route structured feedback to the Head of L&RM, Pricing & Policy, and Product/Technology.
- Licensing, Policy, and Entitlement Administration
- Translate subscriber business practices into correct CT Plan entitlements, reporting obligations, and fee categories.
- Administer entitlement changes, adds/moves/changes, and exception requests consistent with published policy.
- Resolve licensing and policy interpretation questions in coordination with the Pricing & Policy Manager and Legal.
- Support policy rollouts and communicate impact to assigned subscribers on cadence.
- Billing, Revenue Assurance, and Dispute Resolution
- Support invoicing accuracy and usage declarations for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate dispute resolution with Finance, Operations, and Legal.
- Partner with Licensing Audit on remediation and recovery outcomes.
- Data Hygiene and Documentation
- Maintain CRM hygiene, account documentation, and audit-ready records for assigned accounts.
- Contribute to the knowledge base with reusable playbooks, case summaries, and policy-interpretation notes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Communications, Finance, and Legal to deliver a consistent subscriber experience.
- Contribute to onboarding collateral, training, and renewal playbooks.
- Five or more years in market-data account management, subscriber services, or commercial licensing roles.
- Strong working knowledge of exchange and SIP licensing, usage reporting, and industry norms.
- Demonstrated customer-facing capability and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; specialized market-data or licensing training a plus.
- Consultative account management; structured discovery and requirements gathering.
- Policy interpretation and audit-ready documentation.
- Negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Analytical fluency: Excel/Sheets, BI tools, CRM reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), CS platforms (Gainsight), CLM (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM), knowledge bases (Confluence, Notion), BI (Power BI, Tableau), ticketing/project tools (Jira, Asana).
- Base Salary Range - $122,000-143,000 (commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, and market data).
- Eligible for performance-based incentives consistent with the role level.
- Compensation is set in accordance with the DataCT Resourcing Experience and Expertise Classification Framework.

Location Requirement
This position requires regular, in-person physical presence at DataCT's principal offices in New York City. DataCT's core staff, CT Plan stakeholders, SIP Processors, auditors, and principal service providers are concentrated in the New York metropolitan area, and on-site collaboration is essential to the Administrator function.

About DataCT
DataCT LLC is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in New York, New York, formed as a single-purpose, independent, member-owned entity to serve as the Administrator of the U.S. Consolidated Tape Plan (the CT Plan). DataCT LLC is responsible for the unified administration of Tapes A, B, and C under the CT Plan, acting on behalf of CT Plan LLC under the Administrator mandate. DataCT is currently engaged under an Interim Services Agreement and is transitioning to the definitive Administrator Services Agreement with CT Plan LLC. The organization is building toward a full operating state of approximately 25 employees and is expected to be fully operational by April 2027.
