About the Role
Provides primary care to a designated patient group under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists in collecting patient data to assess nursing needs and collaborates with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Accepts assigned schedules and responsibilities after orientation
- Maintains written Standards of Care
- Demonstrates strong written, verbal, and computer skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program
- Current Texas LVN License
- BLS Certification
Clinical experience preferred.
