• You provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
• Provide one-on-one care in the home.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in state of practice (or multistate license, if applicable).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person, not online).
• G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train.
