Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Recuperative Care

About the role

Anchor Co-Living is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join the Recuperative Care & Housing team. This role involves providing clinical care in a residential setting, supporting residents recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization, and connecting them to housing, primary care, and community supports.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs
• Provide support for daily living activities with compassion and respect
• Identify changes in patient condition and report to supervising clinicians
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and positive care environment

Requirements

• Active LVN license in the state of California (in good standing)
• CPR/BLS certification
• 2+ years of experience in direct patient care (home health, skilled nursing, or similar)
• Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, or chronic illness management a plus
