UT Health Jacksonville features 33 operational beds, an ICU, a 24-hour ED designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke ready facility, a maternity unit, advanced diagnostic technology, surgical suites, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, a wound healing center, and a UT Health East Texas Olympic Center fitness and rehabilitation facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and human assistance under the direction of licensed personnel to care for a defined group of patients.
- Achieve quality patient outcomes as a competent clinician experienced and skilled in primary care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
