Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

About the role

Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric nursing care in home settings, supporting patients with skilled nursing needs under RN supervision. Build meaningful patient relationships, follow clear care plans, and ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized pediatric nursing care in patients' homes
• Collaborate closely with RNs and clinical leadership
• Follow established care plans and safety protocols
• Maintain safety with PPE and CDC guidelines
• Utilize support tools like employee portal and on-call clinical support
• Engage in training and continuing education opportunities
• Support patient safety and comfort, including G-tube, trach, or ventilator needs

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in the practice state
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in-person required)
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or ventilator care
