Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Shift

• PM (3p-11p)
• Full Time (4 on 2 off schedule)

Pay

$37.50+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collections, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Distributes medication timely and accordingly to the patient.
• Other Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) duties as assigned.

Experience

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN): 1 year (Preferred)

License

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License in California
