Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Requirements

• Active LVN license in state of practice (or multistate license, if applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train
