About the role
Friendship Veterinary Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join their growing team. The practice offers general practice services, urgent care, and seamless referrals to 24/7 Hospitalization/ER services within their clinic system.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional care to patients under the supervision of veterinarians.
- Assist in routine and specialized medical procedures, including but not limited to vaccinations, blood draws, and administering medications.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to veterinarians.
- Prepare and maintain medical records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with other veterinary staff members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Train and assist at sister facilities based on hospital scheduling needs.
Requirements
- A current license as a Veterinary Technician in the state of [State]
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology or related field
- Experience in a veterinary setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications

Pay
