What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and patient care as a certified technician
- Support client service needs including phone communication, appointment scheduling, and client education
- Serve as a bridge between the medical team and clients, ensuring clear, compassionate communication
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver thorough, patient-focused care
