Licensed Veterinary Technician
Responsibilities
- Procedural anesthesia monitoring
- Full technician skill utilization
- Collecting patient histories & physical exams
- Medication refills, and pet parent communication
- Proficient in medical calculations
- Venipuncture / IVC placement
- Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
- Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
- Providing compassionate care for all patients
Requirements
Potential Schedule: Full time (4)10 hour shifts, holiday rotation
Certified Veterinary Technician (C-VT) or equivalent
Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or equivalent
Experience in a veterinary setting preferred
Qualifications
$32 - $42 / hr based on skill set, experience, and licensure status (LVT, VTS).
