About the role

We are seeking Licensed Veterinary Technicians of all experience levels to join our full-service veterinary clinic. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team, utilizing comprehensive services including wellness and prevention protocols, advanced testing and diagnostics, surgical procedures, emergency care, and advanced care options. This role offers a 4-day work week with no weekends, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Guide and support the medical team, ensuring an efficient workflow while mentoring others to grow their skills.
• Educate pet owners on treatments, review medical records, and answer their questions confidently.
• Contribute to a positive culture through training, feedback, and maintaining high hospital standards.
• Perform technical skills including nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• Current state veterinary technician license (LVT) in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• Calm and efficient approach in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborative work.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
• Surgical experience is strongly preferred.

Pay

$25–$35/hour (based on experience) with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

• Full-time: 4-day work week, no weekends.
• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
