About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Offer sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus up to $8,000
- Work full-time with flexible schedule, set your own hours
- Work on-site and hybrid positions, offering both In-person and remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office)
- Work in a collegial environment with a multidisciplinary team
- Receive full administrative support, handling all billing & scheduling
- Utilize latest in digital technology

- Annual income potential: $100,000 to $112,000, compensation model based on productivity
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed and credentialed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Proficiency in EHR software, telehealth platforms Doxy & VSee, and utilizing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams
