Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide evidence‑based mental health services to adult, child, and adolescent populations, using EHR software, telehealth platforms (Doxy & VSee) and Microsoft 365/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy to adult, child, and adolescent clients.
• Document sessions and manage client records via EHR systems.
• Conduct virtual visits using Doxy and VSee telehealth platforms.
• Communicate and collaborate with the team through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

• Active Virginia licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Proficiency with EHR software, Doxy & VSee telehealth, and Microsoft 365/Teams.

Pay

Annual income potential: $100,000 to $112,000+, based on a productivity‑based compensation model.
