About the role

The Maples Texas location offers treatment for teen girls dealing with Mental Health problems, Substance Abuse Disorders, Family Conflict, and Eating Disorders. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care for teenage girls struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and/or disordered eating, with the goal of supporting the entire family's success post-treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions
• Treat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders
• Collaborate with clients (and families when appropriate) to create and follow treatment plans
• Deliver culturally competent, client-centered care
• Conduct health and behavior assessments when clinically indicated
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and billing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted TX license as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related behavioral health field
• Experience providing therapy to adolescents and families
