Licensed Therapist

About the role

We are seeking Licensed Therapists, including those with anticipated licenses in LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT, to work with clients diagnosed with mental health issues. This is a fully remote position offering a flexible 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to adult, adolescent, and children diagnosed with mental health issues
• Work within a 100% virtual setting
• Receive a base salary with additional incentive pay upon meeting specific requirements
• Participate in an excellent healthcare package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with optional insurances and a 401K plan

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related human services field from an accredited institution
• A Florida license in mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience in substance abuse
• To reside in the state of Florida
• At least one year of experience providing clinical services to children and families
• Pass a successful Level II background screening and pre-employment drug test
• Complete all necessary credentialing requirements as outlined by IMPOWER, funding requirements, and the Council of Accreditation
