Licensed Therapist
Job Duties
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Requirements
- Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required
- Licensed in the State of Maryland to practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field
- LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical)
- LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist)
- LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
- LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
- LGPC (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor)
- LMSW (LIcensed Master Social Worker)
- LGMFT (Licensed Graduate Marriage & Family Therapist)
- LGADC (Licensed Graduate Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- CPR and BFA Certification required
Qualifications

Pay
- Independently Licensed - $79,040.00 - $93,600
- Preliminary Licensed - $70,720 - $81,120
Schedule
- 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
- Occasional weekend day rotation every 4-6 weeks
