Licensed Team Leader - Urgent Care

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a social science field (as defined by the Department of Mental Health)
• Active clinical license in the State of Missouri, which includes: Psychologist, License Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
• Provisionally licensed individuals may be considered with contingency to receive licensure within a determined timeframe
• Two (2) years of experience in a direct service provision in a mental health setting preferred
• Familiarity with mental illness and substance use disorders
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and the use of email)

Schedule

• Full-time position, consisting of three (3) 12-hour shifts each week, plus one (1) 8-hour shift every other week
• Urgent Care operates seven (7) days per week; candidates must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
