About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to Thriveworks' more than 175,000 clients across the country.
• May be a good fit for this role if you are independently licensed and living in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD - Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.

Requirements

Benefits

• Compensation up to $124,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
