Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to Thriveworks' more than 175,000 clients across the country.
• May treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Work independently as an independently licensed clinician living in Louisiana.
• Offer a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Louisiana — LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• A good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors.

Qualifications

Skills

• Independent licensing and practice in Louisiana.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

Pay

Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Fully flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
