About the role
This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to Thriveworks' more than 175,000 clients across the country.
- Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Shreveport, LA.
- May be a good fit for clinicians independently licensed and living in Louisiana — LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Partner with health systems and primary care providers.
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Help clients achieve measurable progress.
- Work with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Louisiana — LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

- Behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.

- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.

Pay
Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full-time clinicians are eligible for flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
