Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
• Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Silver Spring, Maryland.
• Work independently as a licensed clinician in Maryland, with options for LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Maryland.
• LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
• A behavioral health generalist.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• A good teammate.

Qualifications

Pay

Up to $108,900 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Fully remote, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
