Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Gilbert, Arizona.
• Work independently as a licensed clinician in Arizona, practicing as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
• Treat a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Use modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers.
• Participate in a clinical community and contribute positively to the team.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Arizona.
• Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health as a generalist.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
• Strong communication skills to provide compassionate care.
• Proficiency in using telehealth and EHR tools.

Benefits

• Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Fully flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
