About the role
This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to Thriveworks' more than 175,000 clients across the country.
- May be a good fit for this role if you are independently licensed and living in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD - Licensed Psychologist).
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors.
Requirements

Pay
Up to $124,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
