About the role
This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to more than 175,000 clients across the country.
- Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Nottingham, Maryland.
- Work independently as a licensed clinician in Maryland, with a focus on LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Help clients achieve measurable progress.
- Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Maryland.
- LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
- Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients.
- Confident working with modern clinical technology.
- A good teammate.

Pay
Up to $98,900 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
