Role Overview: Licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The position involves supporting over 175,000 clients, treating diverse populations including couples and children, and working independently within New Jersey. Responsibilities Deliver client-centered therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person.Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records.Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of weekly availability.Contribute to a collaborative clinical community through case consultations and team interactions.Focus on measurable client progress and treatment outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Licensed in New Jersey as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Psychologist).Comfortable working with diverse client populations and treatment modalities.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.Proficient with clinical technology and telehealth tools.
