Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Role Overview Seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Responsibilities Deliver client-centered therapy to a diverse range of clients, including couples and children. Utilize modern clinical technology, such as telehealth and EHR tools. Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions per week with at least 30 hours of availability. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the clinical community. Qualifications & Skills Independently licensed in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) Strong commitment to client progress and evidence-based practices. Comfortable working with various client populations and treatment modalities. Proficient in clinical technology and telehealth platforms. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Key Duties Provide therapy sessions, support client progress, and collaborate with a clinical team. Participate in clinical support activities, case consultations, and community events. Manage caseload effectively, utilizing administrative support provided. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
