Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Role Overview Seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The position requires independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and a minimum of 25 sessions or 30 hours of weekly availability. Clinicians will treat a diverse client base, including couples and children, and work confidently with modern clinical technology. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care, build a full caseload within 90 days, and contribute positively to the clinical community. Administrative tasks such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing are managed by the organization. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure in NJ, experience with telehealth and EHR tools, a commitment to client progress, and strong collaboration skills.
