Role Overview Licensed Clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. They support a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children, aiming for measurable progress. The position requires independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP) in Alabama and a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability. Clinicians work with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools, and are part of a supportive community with access to clinical support, case consultations, and ongoing training. Responsibilities & Qualifications Provide high-quality mental health services to clients. Engage in a variety of clinical treatments, including diverse client populations. Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment. Qualifications include licensure in Alabama, confidence with clinical technology, and a commitment to client progress. Compensation & Benefits Up to $100,300 based on licensure and session volume, with bonus opportunities. Support & Community Administrative tasks such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing are handled for you. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week.
