About the role

Responsible for conducting surveys and ensuring compliance with local and state building codes. Manage projects from initial site assessment to final documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site assessments and gather data for project planning
• Prepare detailed survey reports and plans
• Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Pass a background check
