About the role
Responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, elevation, and other critical data for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys using GPS and traditional surveying methods.
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure all surveys are conducted in accordance with state and federal laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
- Valid state license as a Licensed Surveyor.
- At least 3 years of professional surveying experience.
- Proficiency in GIS software and mapping tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and travel as needed.
- Knowledge of local and state building codes and regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other surveying software.
- Experience with aerial and ground-based photogrammetry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
