Licensed Speech Pathologist

About the role

Seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges. The role involves tracking patient responses and celebrating milestones to support recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and document progress.
• Modify therapy as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide speech and language therapy to aid patient recovery.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize advanced technology to enhance therapy outcomes.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification as required.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
